The role:

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team in Eight Mile Plains. This is a fast-paced, front-facing role where you’ll be at the heart of the office—keeping operations running smoothly while creating a professional and welcoming experience for everyone you interact with.

 

 

Your everyday:

  • Be the face of the business—manage reception, calls, and visitors with professionalism and energy
  • Coordinate onboarding and inductions, ensuring new starters feel supported from day one
  • Keep the office running seamlessly—meeting rooms, supplies, kitchen, and overall presentation
  • Manage mail, couriers, uniforms, and office logistics with accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the wider team with admin, events, and continuous improvement initiatives

 

 

Who are you?

  • 1+ year experience in a busy office or reception role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, approachable, and professional—you bring great energy to a team
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels
  • Current QLD Driver’s Licence
