The role:

As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will gradually gain exposure to the day-to-day duties of being a Site Engineer, as well as contribute to the safe and timely delivery of key infrastructure projects.

Through our tried and tested ignite graduate program, you will be given the tools and development to kickstart your career, whilst being mentored by a dynamic team and some of the industry’s best.

Who are you? 

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or soon to be graduating)
  • Forward-thinker, problem-solver and a team player.
  • Previous graduate experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel for work to regional areas.
