The role:

We are looking for Grader Operators to join our Brisbane team, working on a broad range of projects across roads, mining and subdivisions. As a newly formed team within the well-established Symal Group, we offer the energy and innovation of a start-up, backed by the strength and stability of a larger organisation.

Who are you?

You will come to us with:

• Previous experience operating a grader.
• Competent with GPS/UTS and final trim is essential
• The ability to set up your own GPS & UTS; both Trimble and Topcon
• A safety-first attitude and the confidence to work autonomously on a site
• The ability to travel for work, both FIFO and DIDO across regional QLD. Attractive compensation options are on offer
• A driver's license and up-to-date operating tickets / licenses including a valid white card.
