The role:
As a key support for the logistics department, the logistics administrator will ensure our fleet are roadworthy, coordinating the day-to-day movements across a variety of projects, allowing our high-performing team to provide the successful delivery of our materials.

Your every day:

  • Coordinate and schedule people and plant to ensure efficient use of internal and external resources.
  • Manage the day-to-day project requirements for plant such as Hook Trucks to ensure there is no loss of production. and coordinate changes to the project as required.
  • Ensure Operators receive accurate information and paperwork related to daily works
  • Monitor plant movements, coordinate changes to the project and report any issues to management.
  • With a safety-first approach, ensure all business activities are conducted consistently with company standards, policies and procedures.

Who are you?

  • Candidate must hold a current Victorian Drivers Licence.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Logistics and Operational Scheduling role.
  • Proven track record in scheduling assets and resources to achieve specific timeframes and deliverables.
  • Broad knowledge of the Waste/Water and Construction Industry, relevant legislation, and business requirements and environmental policy.
  • Knowledge of relevant ISO quality systems, HSE/industry standards, and environmental legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
