The role:
Based at our Spotswood headquarters, the Pre-Contract Administrator will play a key role in supporting the estimating team by assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality tender submissions

Your impact:
You will provide vital administrative support to both the Defence and Wamarra teams, contributing to the smooth running of projects and fostering efficient communication across departments.

Your every day:
• Prepare tender responses and structure submission documents to address all key questions and evaluation criteria as outlined in the Request for Tender.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to create cohesive submissions
• Perform general routine administrative duties, which may include, typing and formatting of documents, data entry, running errands etc.
• Actively participate in the planning and execution of internal Wamarra or Defence events, managing all invites, venue booking, catering, communications etc.

Who are you?
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to obtain Australian Government Security Vetting Agency baseline security clearance
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong time management, planning, and organisational skills
• Intermediate skill in MS Office 365 suite
