The role:
Our Accounts Payable Office will be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable processing and functions for the wider Symal Group.
Your impact:
With your keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, you will ensure quick and accurate invoice reconciliation and build strong relationships with our suppliers.
Your every day:
• Invoice registration (processing monthly debits)
• Invoice payment and reconciling (reimbursements, archiving payment runs, applying correct invoices to credit notes)
• Statement reconciling (supplier statements, searching for missing invoices, liaising with PA's)
• Account maintenance / supplier queries
Who are you?
• Solid understanding of the accounts payable process
• JobPac software use and knowledge (highly favourable)
• Experience in similar Accounts Payable roles but not limited to construction companies
• The right attitude with a willingness to support others and work collaboratively
