The role:  

As a fast performing and nimble Assets & Personnel Coordinator, you will join a busy team tasked with coordaining assets & personnel across our various sites in Queensland. This is a role based in Brisbane.

This is a fast-paced role requirement an agile ability to change directions and multi-task efficiently. You must be adaptable and entail a high sense of urgency with an attitude of needing to achieve daily objectives to meet project demands.

We do require someone with an ability to quickly coordinate and mobilise our plant & people across our various civil construction sites.

Your impact:  

Your addition to our team will ensure that our people and machines are assigned accurately to our projects, allowing for projects to be delivered efficiently, safely and to budget.

Your every day:  

  • Coordinating daily logistical requirements based around project demands / capacity.
  • Arranging & scheduling all transport requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordination of wet/dry procurement needs & ensuring zero loss of production of changes to project schedules.
  • Adhering to spec / site requirements around assets / equipment, ensuring no loss of time through this process.
  • Taking the lead on ensuring inventory requirements across our sites are met.

Who are you?  

  • An experienced scheduler or allocator with a background in logistics, construction scheduling or supply chain management.
  • At least 5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally working in a plant / equipment hire capacity across civil construction.
  • Knowledge of relevant ISO quality systems and wider industry knowledge around construction machinery & equipment.
  • Detail-oriented, very proactive, organised and can work in a fast-paced capacity managing high volume.
  • Clear communication style adaptable to various internal and external stakeholders.
