The role: 

This role will drive continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence within the HR team. 

Your impact: 

As HR Operations Lead, your impact will be pivotal in streamlining HR processes, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless HR service delivery across the business.

Your every day: 

  • Lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of HR systems and processes
  • Ensure efficient handling of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and track key HR metrics, providing insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making.

Who are you? 

  • Proven experience in HR operations, with strong knowledge of compliance, employee data management, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee the delivery of key HR functions like performance and remuneration cycles, audits, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to track HR metrics and reporting.
  • An understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR matters.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
