Be the operational backbone of a landmark earthworks project.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Administrator to join a major civil infrastructure project, providing high-level administrative and project coordination support to the leadership team.

This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll work closely with the Project Director, Project Managers, Commercial and Construction teams, ensuring the day-to-day operations of a large-scale project run efficiently. Your ability to stay organised, manage competing priorities and support multiple stakeholders will be critical to the project's success.

About the Role

As the Senior Project Administrator, you will:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the project leadership team
  • Coordinate project documentation, reports, registers and correspondence
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and action registers
  • Assist with project reporting, document control and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate onboarding, inductions, travel, accommodation and workforce mobilisation
  • Support procurement, subcontractor documentation and commercial administration
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
  • Manage project calendars, meetings and key project communications
  • Maintain accurate records across project management systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve project administration processes and efficiencies

 

About You

You will bring:

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Project Administrator within civil construction, mining, infrastructure or major projects
  • Experience supporting Project Directors, Construction Managers or senior leadership teams
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience using project management or document control systems (Aconex, Jobpac, Procore, InEight or similar) is highly regarded
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with outstanding attention to detail
