Lead the delivery of one of North Queensland's largest renewable energy projects.

At Symal Infrastructure, we're building projects that shape Australia's future. We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the civil delivery of a major Wind Farm project in North Queensland.

FIFO 2:1 Roster | Salary + 30% Uplift | Tools of Trade Provided.



The Opportunity

As Superintendent, you'll take ownership of the safe, commercial and successful delivery of key project packages. You'll lead large site teams, drive productivity, manage subcontractors, build strong client relationships and ensure every aspect of the project is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead civil construction teams across major project packages
  • Drive program delivery, productivity and commercial performance
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site resources
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead safety, environmental compliance and quality
  • Mentor Supervisors, Leading Hands and site personnel
  • Coordinate three-week look-ahead programs
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years' civil construction experience
  • Previous Superintendent or Senior Supervisor experience
  • Experience delivering projects over $5M
  • Strong earthworks, roads or civil infrastructure background
  • Commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Excellent leadership and communication
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
