FIFO Environmental Advisor | Gawara Baya Wind Farm (Qld)
30% uplift | Flights, accommodation & meals provided | Major 400MW renewable project
Take ownership of environmental delivery on one of Queensland’s major wind farm construction projects, the 400MW Gawara Baya Wind Farm, located ~2.5 hours from Townsville.
This is a FIFO site-based Environmental Advisor role where you’ll be embedded in day-to-day construction operations, directly influencing how environmental compliance and performance is delivered on a live civil project.
You’ll be the site’s environmental lead — working alongside supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure environmental requirements are understood, practical, and consistently achieved in the field.
Why this role stands out
- Work on a large-scale 400MW renewable energy project
- True FIFO site-based role (not desk-bound compliance)
- Direct influence over civil construction delivery and contractor behaviour
- Long-term pipeline of renewable infrastructure projects
- Competitive 30% site uplift + full FIFO package
About the Project
The Gawara Baya Wind Farm is a major renewable energy development delivering large-scale civil works, infrastructure, and turbine installation support for Queensland’s clean energy future.
With significant earthworks and construction activity across a broad regional footprint, environmental performance is critical to successful delivery.
