- Maintain a single, centralised view of all the IT projects
- Standardise the project reporting across the IT function
- Track dependancies, risks and overall portfolio health
- Support prioritisation conversations by providing accurate portfolio data.
Project Administration Tracking:
- Ensure Project registers, tasks and milestones are up to date in the chosen tool
- Monitor progress against timelines and escalate delays promptly
- Provide structure for governance meetings (agendas, action lists, follow-ups).
Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare weekly/monthly project and portfolio reports
- Summarise risks, issues and progress for the CIO and leadership team
- Facilitate communication across IT teams and stakeholders.
Support to Project Teams:
- Assist the IT team with scheduling, task allocation and documention
- Record meeting outcomes, assign ownership and follow up on completion
- Provide administrative relief so that technical team can focus on delivery.

We are looking for this person to have:
- Solid experience with project management tools and reporting platforms
- The solid experience as a PMO Analyst looking over quite a number of projects at the one time that are at different stages of their lifecycle
- The ability to engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working in IT or technology driven environments
- Being detail oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure along with being a proactive problem solver.
