The role:

Take the smooth operation of Symal’s meeting rooms in your own hands by handling bookings, maintaining the impressive standards of our space, and ensuring all meetings are adequately catered for. Our Office Coordinator will liaise with our staff to ensure our facilities are always prepared and welcoming for every event.

Your everyday:

  • Manage the booking and scheduling of meeting rooms, ensuring that all requests are processed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all special requirements (e.g., room layout, specific technology needs, catering) are noted in the booking system.
  • Set up video conferencing software, ensuring connections for remote participants are functional, and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  • Provide an efficient, effective, and professional first point of telephone and reception contact for internal and external clients
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with all stakeholders to maintain effective and accountable service deliver

Who are you?

  • Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in office administration, reception, or coordination roles is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and meeting room booking systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder service skills
  • Familiar with video conferencing and basic AV setup
