The role

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our South Melbourne team. In this permanent, full-time role, you’ll play a key part in supporting recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.


Your everyday

  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms and track responses
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
  • Conduct reference checks and right-to-work verification
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and support reporting requirements

Who are you?

  • Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive
  • Able to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration is essential
  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors will be highly regarded
