Human Resources Coordinator
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in Symal’s HR Operations function by managing onboarding, hiring, and offboarding processes within our new HRIS, SuccessFactors. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. This person will ensure seamless execution of HR workflows, maintain data accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Onboarding Administration
Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
- Hiring into SuccessFactors
Hire the onboardee into the SuccessFactors platform, ensuring accurate data entry and integrity throughout the process.
- Position Management
Create and maintain positions in SuccessFactors, validate data accuracy and perform regular audits to uphold system integrity.
- Offboarding Process
Administer offboarding workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely completion of all tasks.
- Ad Hoc HR Operations Support
Assist with additional HR tasks as required, supporting the HR Operations Manager in delivering efficient services.
- Data Integrity & Compliance
Maintain accurate HR data in SuccessFactors, perform regular audits, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Process Improvement
Contribute to process optimisation initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Previous experience within HR Operations and/or with SuccessFactors is highly advantageous, however not a necessity.
- Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.
- Having the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
