Human Resources Coordinator

The Role.
Due to continued growth across the Symal Group and with the implementation of a new HRIS we are now looking to bring on board a Human Resources Coordinator. This position will sit within the HR Operations team and report to our HR Operations Manager. 

The HR Coordinator will play a key role in Symal’s HR Operations function by managing onboarding, hiring, and offboarding processes within our new HRIS, SuccessFactors. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. This person will ensure seamless execution of HR workflows, maintain data accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

With a strong focus on detail, communication, and collaboration, the HR Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining HR systems, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring HR practices align with organisational policies and values.
 
Your Everyday.
Working with SuccessFactors in a collaborative team, your day will be quite diverse one. Consisting of, however not limited to:
  • Onboarding Administration

Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.

  • Hiring into SuccessFactors

Hire the onboardee into the SuccessFactors platform, ensuring accurate data entry and integrity throughout the process.

  • Position Management

Create and maintain positions in SuccessFactors, validate data accuracy and perform regular audits to uphold system integrity.

  • Offboarding Process

Administer offboarding workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely completion of all tasks.

  • Ad Hoc HR Operations Support

Assist with additional HR tasks as required, supporting the HR Operations Manager in delivering efficient services.

  • Data Integrity & Compliance

Maintain accurate HR data in SuccessFactors, perform regular audits, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

  • Process Improvement

Contribute to process optimisation initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and user experience.

  • Previous experience within HR Operations and/or with SuccessFactors is highly advantageous, however not a necessity.
  • Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Having the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
