We're looking for a friendly, energetic and highly organised Receptionist & Office Administrator who loves working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and enjoys keeping an office running like clockwork.

About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff while keeping the office organised, welcoming and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception, deliveries and visitors
- Coordinate meeting rooms, mail and couriers
- Order office supplies and uniforms
- Manage kitchen and keep stocked and in order
- Assist with onboarding and inductions of new starters
- Provide administration support to the wider team
- Coordinate office events and team activities
- Maintain office presentation and records
- Be the ears and eyes of the office in a supportive manner
About You
- Reception or office administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, professional and organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask in a busy environment
- Own transport and advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- You must be an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or hold unrestricted full working rights to work in Australia.
