The role:
As a Learning Content Coordinator, you will report to the Learning Content Creator and contribute to the design, build and maintenance or digital learning platforms.
This newly created role sits within the wider HR team, and works closely with the Organisational Development Manager and other leaders in the wider business.
This role is based at our head office in South Melbourne, Melbourne.
Your everyday:
- Support the design and delivery of learning content
- Research, maintain and edit content such as slides, modules, PDFs, videos and SCORM files
- Create basic assets in tools such as PowerPoint, Articulate Rise 360 under guidance of senior creators and the Organisational Development Manager
- Complete basic quality checks to ensure content is of high quality and as intended (needs, links, spelling and grammar, layout and user views)
- Work under guidance to assist with day-to-day coordination for digital learning projects using various tech and platforms
- Conduct basic needs analysis, storyboarding and research
- Gather learner feedback and data to refine and improve content
- Liaise and coordinate with other departments such as the wider HR team, Marketing and IT
Who are you?
- More than 2 years’ experience working in a Coordinator or Advisor role in HR, Training & Compliance, Learning and Development or associated field
- Confident with MS Office suite and strong technical abilities across online platforms, HR and/or training systems
- Exposure to a Learning Management System or HRIS setting up courses, enrolments and reporting
- Experience coordinating learning activities eg. training or workshops
- Strong written (spelling and grammar) and verbal (personable and professional) communication skills
- Creative thinker, customer-focussed, curious about new ways of working
- Confident to troubleshoot problems or raise them through the correct channels
- Ability to travel to and work from South Melbourne, Melbourne
