The role:
We’re looking for an Estimating Coordinator who’s eager to grow in the pre-contracts space. Reporting to our Pre-Construction Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Estimating team to deliver consistent, high-quality tender submissions. Your contributions will help ensure every bid stands out and wins work.
Your everyday:
- Assisting in the preparation of bids and tenders for various civil and structural scopes
- Monitor current competitive prices, new techniques and cost trends.
- Assist in developing accurate estimates through first principles pricing of direct and indirect job costs.
- Assisting in bid tasks as well as business development.
Who are you?
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
- Eager and energetic attitude to contribute to a high-performing team.
- Entry level experience of at least 1-2 years working in civil engineering across the Australian market.
- Ability to commit to full-time hours at our new head office in South Melbourne.
- High attention to detail and a high level of written communication skills.
