The role
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Office Administrator to join our growing team in Eight Mile Plains. This is a fast-paced, front-facing role where you’ll be the central point of contact for the office—keeping daily operations running smoothly while delivering a professional and welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and clients alike.
More than just an administrator, you’ll help shape the culture and atmosphere of our workplace. We’re seeking someone who is naturally outgoing, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in creating a positive, connected, and energetic office environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
Your everyday:
- Be the face of the business—manage reception, calls, and visitors with professionalism and energy
- Coordinate onboarding and inductions, ensuring new starters feel supported from day one
- Keep the office running seamlessly—meeting rooms, supplies, kitchen, and overall presentation
- Manage mail, couriers, uniforms, and office logistics with accuracy and efficiency
- Support the wider team with admin, events, and continuous improvement initiatives
Who are you?
- 1+ year experience in a busy office or reception role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing, friendly, and approachable—you enjoy connecting with people and building positive relationships
- A natural culture champion who takes pride in creating a welcoming and engaging office atmosphere
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
- Proactive and self-motivated, always willing to roll up your sleeves and help where needed
- Current QLD Driver's Licence
- You're the type of person who knows everyone's name, brings positive energy to the workplace, and helps create a culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
