The role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our footprint across Queensland. Your mission: build strong relationships, secure new business, and drive turnover and profitability in line with our strategic goals.
Your everyday:
- Grow your network and win new clients and profitable projects across Queensland.
- Source tender opportunities and collaborate with estimating teams on tailored proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending pre-contract meetings and managing engagement from start to finish.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic advice to strengthen business unit positioning and drive growth.
- Represent Symal at industry events and conferences, gathering intelligence and expanding opportunities.
