The role: 

Servicing our fleet of mobile plant & machinery across various sites in Melbourne and wider Victoria. Based in the Eastern Suburbs, you will be expected to function autonomously of our Spotswood and Avalon locations to better support major projects.

Your impact: 

You will ensure our fleet of plant & machinery is kept in good condition, allowing for our self-performing expertise to contribute to the success of our projects. 

Your every day: 

  • Providing reactive and preventative maintenance and service to all plant and machinery. 
  • Perform safety checks and inspections
  • Troubleshooting and providing hands on solutions for repairs and modifications.
  • Liaising with the Service Coordinator / broader maintenance department / and subcontractor suppliers
  • Fault finding, diagnosis and problem solving
  • Maintenance and repair of workshop equipment, machinery and components

Who are you? 

  • Trade Certificate in Heavy Diesel Fitting
  • Tertiary education and experience in leadership and safety are highly valued
  • Experience servicing and working on heavy diesel, plant & machinery
  • Relevant tickets and licenses
  • Hard working attitude, willingness to travel if needed
  • Ability to service the broader Melbourne area
  • Ability to work within a team or work autonomously
