The Role

As a Project Administrator with Wamarra you’ll support our Victorian projects with seamless administration, coordinating site documentation and communication to ensure efficient operations and help our teams deliver with confidence.

Your everyday

  • Ensure accurate data collection and entry of all project related transactions to assist the project team with their project reporting and management
  • Assist the team with entry of Progress Claims to ensure timely reporting of project revenue, along with assistance with monitoring Progress Claim Certifications in accordance with contract requirements
  • Provide administrative support working closely with the project team, suppliers and contractors

Who are you?

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience
  • 3+ years relevant construction administration experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of Jobpac or similar accounting package (preferred but not essential)
