The Role

Keep our workshop running smoothly and help drive safe, reliable operations across our plant and machinery fleet.

We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our fast-paced Assets & Logistics team at our Tomago Yard. You’ll play a key part in keeping our workshop running smoothly, coordinating assets, managing servicing schedules and ensuring our plant and machinery stay safe, compliant and ready for project delivery.

Your everyday:

  • Manage digital prestart forms and our job-tracking platform
  • Coordinate minor breakdowns and workflow updates with the Assets & Personnel team
  • Book and schedule servicing, maintenance and inspections for plant and machinery
  • Maintain and update workshop maintenance records
  • Uphold safety and HSEQ standards across the workshop

Who are you?

  • Current NSW driver’s licence
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • A quick learner who stays proactive and ahead of the pace
  • Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy workshop environment
  • Experience in logistics, scheduling or workshop coordination
  • Knowledge of ISO quality systems (advantageous)
