The role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Truck & Quad Dog Driver to join our team based in Stawell. This is a casual position with the opportunity to transition to full-time for the right person.
You’ll be responsible for carting quarry materials across various sites, with living away from home when required. This role suits someone reliable, safety-focused, and confident operating heavy vehicles in a quarry and construction environment.
Your everyday:
- Carting quarry materials using truck & quad dog combinations
- Monday to Friday work
- Stawell-based with living away when required
- Adhering to safety, fatigue management, and Chain of Responsibility requirements
- Working closely with site teams and supervisors
Who are you?
- HC licence (minimum)
- Minimum 2 years heavy vehicle driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Current White Card
- Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
- Ability to work away from home when required
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
- Additional earthmoving or plant tickets (Desirable)
- Previous quarry or civil construction experience (Desirable)
