The role:

  • Support commercial delivery through procurement, variations, subcontract agreements, cost tracking, and certifications.
  • Build strong client relationships by attending meetings, communicating updates, and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Lead safety on-site through toolboxes, SWMS development, high-risk planning, audits, safety walks, and IPMP documentation.
  • Oversee quality assurance including ITPs, inspections, NCR management, surveying, RFIs, and drawing control.
  • Continuously build technical capability by reviewing standards, understanding specifications, and applying method statements.

Who are you?

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-related software.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
