The role:

With our team expanding, we are seeking experienced Plant Operators for a rural project based in Donald, Victoria starting in Jan 2026. With the projected expected to last at least 12-months we are offering generous wages to local operators capable of handling Excavators, Graders and Dozers.

What we need from you:

  • Experience across bulk earthworks, civil construction, mining, or equivalent works.
  • Knowledge and experience with GPS and Final Trim (Preferred but not essential)
  • Relevant industry tickets and licenses
  • a current drivers license with own transport
  • Safety-first attitude
