We’re looking for a switched-on Servicing Coordinator to take ownership of servicing, maintenance coordination and breakdown support across our busy workshop and fleet operations.
Based in Avalon, Victoria, you’ll be the critical link between workshop, sites and suppliers—ensuring equipment is serviced on time, breakdowns are actioned quickly, and compliance never slips.
This is a role for someone who loves structure, thrives on urgency, and takes pride in keeping everything running behind the scenes.
Your everyday
- Coordinate servicing, maintenance schedules and breakdown response across a large fleet of plant and equipment
- Manage workshop administration including digital job tracking systems, servicing records, defect registers and compliance documentation
- Liaise daily with workshop teams, suppliers, site personnel and operations to keep everything moving smoothly
- Track and maintain servicing schedules, registrations, risk assessments and compliance requirements
- Ensure minimal downtime across sites through proactive planning and fast communication
- Keep accurate records and maintain high standards of safety and compliance at all times
What you’ll bring
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across workshop, site and supplier teams
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and confidence using digital systems
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy in compliance and record keeping
- A proactive, safety-focused and solutions-driven mindset
Why this role
This is not a background admin job—it’s a hands-on coordination role that directly impacts operational performance every single day. If you like structure, urgency, and being the person who keeps everything running, you’ll thrive here.
