The role:
As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
This position requires flexibility and a willingness to work across both VIC and NSW, including regional locations.
Your everyday
- Assist with planning, coordination and delivery of site activities
- Interpret drawings, specifications and ensure works are carried out to design
- Support survey set-out, QA documentation, and ITPs
- Monitor site progress, productivity and daily reporting
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant and materials on site
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
- Participate in pre-starts, toolbox talks and site meetings
- Identify and escalate risks, delays, or issues impacting delivery
- Work across multiple project sites in VIC and NSW as required
Who are you?
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in civil construction (Site Engineer or similar role)
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site processes
- Ability to read plans, manage QA, and support site coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
- Current driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel and work regionally across VIC and NSW is essential
