Site Engineers – QLD Civil Projects | Start 2027 with Unyte

Queensland Site Engineers – what does your next project look like?

If you're currently working in civil construction in Queensland and considering a move in early 2027, we want to hear from you.

Unyte is building its pipeline of talented Site Engineers for new civil projects commencing in Q1 2027.

We're specifically looking for engineers who are already based in Queensland, have full Australian working rights, and can demonstrate genuine civil construction experience.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
  • You must have proven civil construction experience across bulk earthworks, drainage, roads and associated civil infrastructure, with hands-on experience delivering works on site.
  • Civil construction/site delivery experience
  • Strong understanding of QA, ITPs, RFIs and drawings
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and site activities
  • Exposure to programming, procurement and productivity tracking
  • A practical understanding of construction methods and specifications
  • Strong HSEQ awareness
  • Confidence communicating with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors and clients
  • Current Australian driver's licence
  • Full Australian working rights

The opportunity

As a Site Engineer with Unyte, you'll help coordinate the technical delivery of your project while working closely with experienced project and site leadership.

You'll be involved across programming, quality, safety, procurement, commercial support, subcontractor coordination and client relationships, giving you broad exposure to how successful civil projects are delivered.

You'll be expected to get involved, solve problems and take ownership.

Why make your next move with Unyte?

We want Site engineers who are ambitious about where their civil career can take them.

You'll have the opportunity to build your technical capability, gain broader project exposure and work alongside people who believe in building better together, innovating with intent and pushing what's possible.

Planning a 2027 move? Start the conversation now.

You don't need to wait until January to decide what's next.

If you're a Site Engineer living in Queensland with civil construction experience and full Australian working rights, we'd like to hear from you ahead of our Q1 2027 project starts.
