The role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring safe delivery, strong financial performance, and exceptional stakeholder management. You will also play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of engineering and project leaders within the Unyte team.

This role is suited to a seasoned construction professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and brings both commercial acumen and leadership strength.

Your everyday

• Lead commercial performance, forecasting, procurement compliance, and project reviews across all projects.
• Provide contractual guidance to project leads and resolve major subcontractor or commercial disputes.
• Build strong client relationships, manage escalations, and support Business Development with new work opportunities.
• Drive safety leadership through regular site walks, incident reviews, and rollout of safety initiatives.
• Oversee tender preparation, pricing support, methodology development, and high-quality submission delivery.
• Develop and mentor engineering teams, manage performance, standardise processes, and recruit key talent.

Who are you?

• Extensive experience delivering civil or construction projects in a leadership capacity.
• Strong commercial and contractual capability, with deep understanding of project financials and forecasting.
• A demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at a senior level.
• Proven success in leading and developing engineering teams.
• Commitment to safety excellence and proactive risk management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes, drive accountability, and deliver projects to a high standard.
