About Opportunity
- As a Senior Estimator, you'll lead complex civil infrastructure tenders across roads, bridges, earthworks, utilities and major infrastructure projects, developing winning strategies and delivering commercially competitive submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end preparation of major infrastructure tenders
- Develop pricing strategies, methodologies and risk assessments
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Commercial teams
- Drive ECI opportunities and bid strategy
- Deliver high-quality tender submissions
- Mentor developing estimators
About You
- Extensive civil infrastructure estimating experience
- Track record delivering tenders on projects $20M+
- Strong commercial and risk management capability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
- Able to lead complex tenders under tight deadlines
