The role:

Join Unyte and make a real impact across major construction projects in Queensland. As HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape performance, capability, and culture, providing expert HR advice and leading complex employee and industrial relations matters. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your influence will be felt across the business.

 

Your everyday:

  • Partner with leaders to drive workforce performance, structure, and capability across dynamic, site-based projects
  • Lead HR integration across acquisitions and projects, aligning people, systems, and governance for consistent, compliant outcomes
  • Coach and support managers in performance management, employee relations, and people leadership
  • Manage complex industrial and employee relations matters, including union engagement and enterprise agreements
  • Champion culture, engagement, succession planning, and change initiatives to build a high-performing workplace

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR (or related field) with proven HR Business Partner experience
  • Expertise in complex Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, including legislation, Modern Awards, and Enterprise Agreements
  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, PageUp), workforce planning, and talent strategies
  • Skilled in coaching leaders, driving change, and building engagement in fast-paced, unionised and non-unionised environments
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with flexibility to travel regionally and a current driver’s licence
