The role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and creative Bid & Proposal Coordinator with experience in submissions (construction preferred) or a strong background in journalism, editing, or creative writing. You’ll turn technical information into clear, persuasive, and compelling content, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and high-quality standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required, and experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Visio is a plus.

 

Your everyday:

  • Prepare high-quality submissions, EOIs, RFTs, and capability statements with clarity and impact.
  • Transform technical information into persuasive, compelling content that resonates with clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate schedules, review contributions, and draft executive summaries.
  • Maintain and improve templates, branding, and submission processes to drive efficiency and professionalism.
  • Create, maintain, and optimise project sheets, CVs, and marketing materials; support the team with submissions best practices.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Tenders submitted on time with impact and professionalism.
  • Creative, visually engaging submissions using charts, diagrams, and layouts.
  • Up-to-date resources (project sheets, CVs, marketing materials) that support smoother workflows and better tender outcomes.

Who are you?

  • Experienced in submissions (construction preferred) or strong writing backgrounds in journalism, editing, or creative fields.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to translate technical info into persuasive content.
  • High attention to detail, able to perform under pressure with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite; experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Visio is a plus.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple priorities while maintaining quality and creativity.
