The role

Join our high-performing Assets & Logistics team and play a key role in keeping our projects moving. As an Assets & Personnel Coordinator, you’ll manage the day-to-day coordination of plant, equipment, labour, dry hire and inventory ensuring zero loss of production and smooth project delivery.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong compliance standards.

Your everyday

  • Coordinate daily logistics, transport, routing, permits and asset allocations to ensure zero production delays.
  • Manage plant, machinery and dry hire needs, including servicing, breakdowns, inspections, and site compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records across prestarts, job tracking, maintenance logs, labour rosters and inventory levels.
  • Engage and manage suppliers, drivers and subcontractors while ensuring full COR, HVNL, fatigue, mass and safety compliance.
  • Support client and commercial requirements, including quotes, contracts, onboarding, invoicing and resolving issues.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting across assets, labour, hire, inventory, transport and utilisation.

Who are you?

  • Qualification in logistics, supply chain, business, construction or similar (advantageous)
  • Experience in logistics, asset coordination, construction or plant/machinery
  • Strong understanding of COR, HVNL, fatigue, mass and load restraint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate recordkeeping skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/asset management systems
