About the Role
As our Allocator, you'll coordinate the day-to-day allocation of trucks and drivers across multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and customer service.
Roster:
• Week 1: 5:00am – 3:00pm
• Week 2: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Occasional Saturday operational support from home on a rotating basis.
What You'll Be Doing
• Coordinate daily truck and driver allocations
• Prepare and manage daily and weekly transport schedules
• Maximise fleet utilisation
• Manage driver availability and reallocations
• Engage subcontractors
• Liaise with workshop teams
• Communicate schedules to drivers
• Respond to client requests
• Monitor CoR and fatigue compliance
• Manage incidents and weather disruptions
• Maintain records and reporting
• Support onboarding and toolbox meetings
What You'll Bring
• Previous Transport Allocator/Fleet Allocator/Logistics Coordinator experience
• Knowledge of CoR, NHVR and fatigue management
• Scheduling systems experience
• Strong organisation and communication
• Problem solving and attention to detail
