About Unyte

Unyte is part of the Symal Group, a leading Australian construction company delivering major civil infrastructure and earthmoving projects nationwide. Supported by one of the country's largest and fastest-growing plant fleets, we pride ourselves on delivering quality outcomes safely, efficiently and collaboratively.

About the Role

As the Servicing Coordinator, you'll be the operational hub between our workshop, project teams and suppliers. You'll coordinate servicing schedules, maintenance activities and breakdowns while ensuring compliance requirements are met and equipment downtime is minimised.

No two days are the same, and your ability to stay organised and communicate effectively will be key to keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate servicing, preventative maintenance and repairs across a large fleet of plant and equipment.
  • Manage breakdowns and ensure equipment returns to service as quickly as possible.
  • Liaise daily with workshop personnel, suppliers and project teams to coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Maintain servicing schedules, defect registers, registrations and compliance documentation.
  • Update and manage digital maintenance systems and workshop administration.
  • Proactively identify upcoming servicing requirements to minimise equipment downtime.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys planning, problem-solving and working in a fast-paced operational environment.

You'll also bring:

  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with workshop teams, suppliers and site personnel.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience using digital systems.
  • High attention to detail with strong administrative accuracy.
  • A proactive, safety-first mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Why This Role?

This is far more than an administration role.

You'll become the coordination hub that keeps our workshop operating efficiently and our projects moving. Your planning, communication and attention to detail will have a direct impact on fleet availability and operational success across the business.

If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems and making a difference every day, you'll thrive in this role.
