Make it yours
Experience the excitement of building your Asset Administrator career in our evolving construction company where people and performance make amazing things happen.
Who we are
We're Unyte, a team of problem solvers that have seen it all and conquered the lot, delivering construction projects across the country as a principal contractor and supporting partner.
With a history stretching back decades, we focus on tailored solutions and reliable delivery in complex project environments, with one of the nation’s largest fleet of plant and operators.
Backed by the resources of Symal, a national construction group, we’re breaking new ground with limitless capability.
The role:
Be part of a high-performing, supportive team that works hard, backs each other, and gets things done. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our asset software systems running smoothly and asset acquisitions on track — maintaining accurate records, coordinating seamless process improvements, and delivering reliable, detail-driven administrative support that makes a real impact every day.
Your everyday:
- Support the Asset System and Finance Administrator with the daily coordination and maintenance of multiple asset registers, ensuring data remains accurate, up to date, and consistent across all systems.
- Assist with data integration across platforms including Verizon, Cloudcon, TFM, OEM portals, Shell Portal, and the Master Group register, maintaining seamless and reliable information flow.
- Maintain accurate and uniform records across all asset categories, including light vehicles, trailers, attachments, containers, and small equipment, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in data management, reporting, and compliance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide dependable administrative support to the wider Workshop team on asset-related activities and ad hoc tasks as required.
Who are you?
- A current Driver’s Licence and the flexibility to support the business where needed.
- Strong capability across the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the confidence to navigate systems with ease.
- Sharp organisational skills — you thrive on juggling priorities, staying ahead of deadlines, and adapting in a fast-moving environment.
- An understanding of ISO quality systems and compliance processes, with an appreciation for doing things the right way.
- A self-driven, results-focused mindset — you take ownership, follow through, and get things done.
- A genuine commitment to safety and doing every task with care and accountability.
- Exceptional attention to detail, paired with a strong sense of urgency and pride in delivering high-quality work.
