Asset Administrator – Fleet & Data Systems | Build Your Career

$90,000 + Super | Monday–Friday 7:00am–4:30pm | Full-Time Permanent

Keep a national construction fleet moving by ensuring the data behind it is accurate, reliable, and always up to date.

Why this role will get your attention

This isn’t just an admin job. You’ll be working at the centre of a large, fast-moving construction fleet where your accuracy directly impacts how plant, vehicles, and equipment are deployed across major projects.

If you enjoy working with systems, solving data issues, and being the person others rely on for getting the details right — this is a strong step into a long-term career in fleet and asset management.

About the role

Join Unyte and support the integrity of asset data across a national fleet of plant, vehicles, trailers, and equipment.

You’ll work across multiple systems to ensure assets are correctly recorded, tracked, and updated — helping workshop, finance, and operational teams keep everything running smoothly.

This role offers real exposure to construction fleet systems and is an excellent entry point into asset and systems-focused career pathways.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain and update asset registers across multiple systems
  • Ensure accurate data across fleet, plant, vehicles, trailers and equipment
  • Support asset acquisitions, movements, and updates
  • Work across systems including Verizon, Cloudcon, TFM and OEM portals
  • Support workshop and finance teams with asset administration
  • Assist with improving data quality and processes

About you

You’re structured, reliable, and thrive in environments where detail matters.

You bring:

  • Strong administration and data management skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Confident Excel and Microsoft Office capability
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
  • Current driver’s licence

Experience in asset administration, fleet, construction, or maintenance systems is beneficial — but not essential if you’re a fast learner with strong admin capability.

Why join Unyte

  • Work with a large national fleet supporting major construction projects
  • Genuine career development pathways across Symal Group
  • Hands-on exposure to industry-leading fleet and asset systems
  • Supportive team culture with training and mentoring
  • Employee wellbeing programs and benefits
  • A culture focused on people, performance, and continuous improvement
