The role:
We are seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our team on the Carmody Hill Windfarm project in South Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a large-scale renewable energy project with an immediate start available.
What’s on Offer

- DIDO roster: 11 days on, 3 days off

Your everyday:
- Operate plant machinery safely and efficiently (e.g. excavators, dozers, graders, loaders – depending on experience)
- Support bulk earthworks and civil construction activities
- Conduct daily pre-starts and basic maintenance checks
- Work closely with Supervisors and site teams to meet project targets
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance
Who are you?
- Proven experience operating plant machinery on civil or infrastructure projects
- Relevant tickets, licences and VOCs
- Strong safety mindset and team-oriented approach
- Ability to work a demanding roster in a remote/project environment
- Windfarm or renewable project experience (desirable, not essential)
