The Role

Timms Haulage are currently recruiting experienced Truck and Trailer drivers across Brisbane. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of civil materials, equipment and machinery to and from sites. Successful applicants will be operating company trucks safely and efficiently for a trusted Queensland company.   

Your everyday

  • You will be driving a heavy vehicle with a tailer to and from various civil sites efficiently, while observing road rules
  • You will be ensuring loads are properly secured and compliant for transportation
  • Working collaboratively with your team and site crews
  • Assisting teams with manual handling tasks; loading and unloading materials and equipment

Who are you?

  • You have a minimum 2 years’ experience driving heavy vehicles in a civil or construction environment
  • You hold a valid HC or MC licence (as required for vehicle type) and a valid Construction Induction white card
  • You have a strong knowledge of road transport legislation and NHVR compliance
  • You are capable of manual tasks when required
  • You are a good communicator and a team player
