The Role
We are currently seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our growing operations team based in Brendale, QLD.
This is a hands-on role suited to operators with strong crushing, landfill, bulk earthworks and quarrying experience who are looking for stable, ongoing work with consistent hours and overtime opportunities.
You’ll be working across a range of machinery supporting daily quarry and site operations in a safety-focused environment.
Your everyday
- Operating a range of machinery including Moxy, Excavators, Rollers, Dozers, Graders, Skid Steers and Watercarts
- Supporting daily quarrying and crushing operations
- Loading, hauling and moving materials safely and efficiently
- Conducting pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance checks
- Working closely with Supervisors and site crews to achieve production targets
- Maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality and housekeeping standards
- Contributing to a positive and reliable team culture on site
Who are you?
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in heavy earthmoving, crushing and/or quarry operations
- Demonstrated experience operating multiple plant types
- Strong understanding of safe operating procedures
- Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented
- Relevant tickets and licences
What's on offer
- $35 - $47 per hour (depending on experience)
- Casual position with full-time hours
