The role

The Regional Sales Lead will grow revenue across Melbourne Metro by strengthening key client relationships, identifying and converting new business opportunities, and expanding sales channels through existing customers and strategic leads within the waste and construction supply chain.

Your everyday: 

  • Drive revenue and margin across Ascot Bin Hire and Resource Recovery sites and across managed accounts.
  • Own key account relationships, maximise retention, upsell and cross-sell across services.
  • Translate market opportunities into executable sales plans aligned with operational capacity and OH&S requirements.
  • Lead and contribute to team sales outcomes, bookings performance and quality of service delivery.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, reporting and business cases to support growth initiatives.

Who are you? 

You are a seasoned Client Relationship Lead with sound knowledge of sales, excellent client support experience and confidence in reporting to senior leadership. You will come to us with:

  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets, manage pipelines and forecast accurately.
  • Strong negotiation, tendering and contract management skills.
  • Financial acumen (pricing, margin, volume/mix analysis)
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations, chain-of-responsibility and OH&S requirements.
