The role:
Reporting to the Asset Reliability & Engineering Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting the maintenance function through accurate administration, reporting, record management, and coordination activities.
You'll work closely with maintenance personnel, operations teams, suppliers, logistics, and finance to ensure maintenance activities are accurately recorded, costed, and reported while maintaining visibility of asset performance and downtime.
Your everyday:
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and asset documentation within company systems.
- Support trade personnel by recording repairs, servicing, and maintenance activities.
- Process and code maintenance invoices, timesheets, purchase orders, and corporate card expenses.
- Monitor plant downtime and maintain accurate asset history and performance records.
- Ensure maintenance documentation remains compliant, auditable, and readily accessible.
- Coordinate contractor inductions, site access requirements, and maintenance scheduling activities.
- Liaise with suppliers to source parts, manage procurement activities, and support supplier onboarding.
- Monitor spare parts inventory levels and help maintain effective stock control processes.
- Prepare and distribute maintenance reports, including asset downtime, expenditure, and preventative maintenance compliance.
- Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and external suppliers to support the efficient and reliable operation of Sycle's asset fleet.
Who are you?
- Previous experience in an administrative, maintenance coordination, asset management, or support role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent computer literacy and confidence navigating cloud-based systems.
- Understanding of accounts payable, invoice processing, and cost coding.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Current driver's licence.
