The role:
We are currently looking for a full-time qualifier Welder to join our team at Sycle. Your role will be focused on maintenance and repairs of our skip bin fleet. This is a hands-on role where no two days will be the same and you will be faced with different repair challenges every day.
Your everyday:
- You will be performing structural repairs to various sized skip bins
- Inspecting and identifying structural weaknesses of our bin fleet
- Completing strong structural welds that can withstand impact
- Upholding strong safety standards
- Completing tasks in required timeframes to ensure our fleet maintain steady rotation
Who are you?
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with MIG and STICK welding
- You can read and interpret drawings
- You can work outdoors and maintain a safety focused attitude
- You hold a white card and the relevant qualifications
- You are a reliable team player with a positive attitude
