McFadyen Pipeline Construction is hiring experienced multiskilled workers in formwork, steel fixing and concreting for upcoming civil construction projects. These hands-on roles are suited to practical, reliable, and team-oriented labourers who take pride in delivering high-quality concrete and formwork outcomes on major infrastructure projects.  

Your everyday 

• Interpret project drawings and specifications for concrete works 

• Set out, assemble, and secure formwork and reinforcement for drainage manholes, headwalls and large chambers 

• Place, compact and finish concrete to required specification 

• Coordinate with other trades to ensure works integrate with overall project progress 

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite in accordance with HSEQ standards 

What you’ll bring 

• Possitive attitude and ability to communicate with others 

• Demonstrated experience in formwork and concreting 

• Competency in reading drawings and steel schedules, use of laser level and/or dumpy and staff 

• Experience working with hand and power tools (trowels, screeds, floats, reo bar benders etc) 

• Proven attention to detail, and confidence working with minimum tolerances 

• All relevant tickets and licenses including white card and drivers license
