The role:

As a Project Manager at Locale Civil you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring civil construction projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Your everyday:

  • Lead project planning and execution by defining scope, timelines, budgets, and supervising construction crews to ensure high standards.
  • Manage resources effectively, coordinating personnel, equipment, and budgets to meet project goals.
  • Serve as the main client liaison, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track and report project progress, generating executive updates and proactively addressing deviations from plans.
  • Ensure safety and quality compliance, working closely with the HSE team to uphold standards and resolve concerns promptly.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent preferred
  • Strong understanding of civil construction processes and safety regulations within the utilities sector. 
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Effective communicate in meetings with consultants, clients, management & on-site personnel.
  • Positive record and understanding of HSE/QA compliance.
