The role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Plant & Material Coordinator to join our Assets & Logistics team.
Acting as the central point of contact for plant, fleet and material coordination, you'll help keep our operations running efficiently by managing equipment records, coordinating servicing and registrations, overseeing materials and consumables, and supporting compliance across our fleet and logistics functions.
This is a fast-paced role that will suit someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and taking ownership of critical operational processes.
Your everyday
- Coordinate plant, equipment and vehicle movements, servicing, inspections, registrations and external hires across the business.
- Manage material purchasing, stock levels and supplier coordination to ensure sites have the resources they need when they need them.
- Maintain accurate plant, fleet and materials records, ensuring data integrity across business systems.
- Administer fuel cards, e-tags and fleet reporting while supporting vehicle allocation and usage tracking.
- Support Chain of Responsibility compliance, record keeping and administrative requirements across the assets and logistics function.
Who are you?
- Previous experience in plant, fleet, logistics, procurement, materials coordination or a similar operational support role.
- Strong administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using business systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and service providers.
- A proactive team player who enjoys solving problems and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
