The role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of civil construction projects from estimation through to project closeout.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, supervisors and internal stakeholders while maintaining strong commercial performance and project governance.

Your everyday

• Manage the full lifecycle of civil construction projects, including planning, programming, procurement, delivery and closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, subcontractor performance and commercial outcomes.
• Drive project delivery programmes and proactively manage risks, variations and project performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Champion safety, quality and compliance across all project activities while supporting site teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Lead project reporting, stakeholder communication and operational planning activities.
• Support construction teams in resolving project challenges and maintaining programme certainty.

Who are you?

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering civil construction, infrastructure, utilities or related projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, cost control and contract administration.
• Strong understanding of project planning, risk management and programme delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and project delivery teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management systems.
• Knowledge of utilities, electrical infrastructure or VEDN projects will be highly regarded.
