The role:

This is a Delivery role that will cross over into Precontracts, for a seasoned Senior PE or Project Manager from a mid-tier background.

While working in delivery you will help lead and coordinate key bids, managing the tender process with a small team. You will also have the opportunity to deliver the projects you have helped to secure

Your impact: 

Your on-site expertise and background in delivery well influence our Precontracts team and lead to efficient outcomes.

Your every day: 

  • Leading and managing the Bid Management process in conjunction with the wider Precontracts team.
  • Managing and supporting the post tender negotiation process, working closely with our client.
  • Maximising profitability of projects and ensuring end-to-end delivery of projects on site safely and on time.
  • Managing site safety and environmental compliance when on site.
  • Regularly liaising with the Precontracts and Site teams around incoming bids, tenders out to market and tenders being priced.

Who are you? 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
  • A minimum of 7+ years' experience in construction cost planning, tendering or project delivery working on diverse tenders/projects across Infrastructure. 
  • Multi-disciplinary estimating experience on projects in excess of $20m
  • Ability to lead a tender and work on multiple tenders concurrently
  • Experience with Expert Estimation software
